MARK WEISSMANN, ESQ. has practiced law since 1985.  A member of the New Jersey and New York bar, he began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in New York. 

In 1989, he took the skills he learned as a criminal trial lawyer into the private sector when he joined the products liability trial group of New Jersey’s oldest law firm, McCarter & English, maintaining offices in both Newark, New Jersey and New York City.  Mark tried multi-million dollar cases to verdict before juries in federal and state court.

In 1997, Mark decided to fulfill his dream of having his own law practice.  He “hung a shingle” and diversified his practice to add real estate transactions, small business disputes, landlord/tenant cases and municipal court matters. 

Mark also handles immigration cases and represents clients who need a Power of Attorney or have family members who require the appointment of a Guardian due to illness or incapacity.
